It is very important that you read the following terms and conditions before making any purchase in our store.

 

By making a purchase at www.bastericollection.com the customer accepts these terms of use. www.bastericollection.com reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions of use; at any time, it is the user's responsibility to check for changes.

 

BASTERI COLLECTION reserves the right to cancel the account and the service to clients who misuse or attempt to carry out an illegal act.

 

 

WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS.

 

Any defective item or product that is different from the original order must be notified to contacto@bastericollection.com within the first 24 hours after receiving the product. If so, it can be changed within the first 30 calendar days from the day the order was generated. Otherwise, the change cannot be made.

Keep in mind that for any defective or incorrect item it will be necessary to include a photographic proof, in the email sent to contacto@bastericollection.com, you must add the order number and detail the situation in order to proceed with the return of the product.

Basteri Collection is not responsible for damages caused by mishandling of the package by the courier (delivery problems, delays, damages are the responsibility of the shipping operator), but we will do everything possible to protect all items shipped.

In the case of theft or loss of the package by ESTAFETA, a report will be made in which bastericollection.com agrees with the client to follow up on it. The times cannot be specified since they depend entirely on the parcel.
 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES.

 

There are no returns, only changes (changes are not made by model, only by size).

* Changes do not apply to international shipments.

* Discounted products are not subject to change.

Once the order is generated at bastericouture.com, we cannot make any changes in size or model, if required, please send an email to contacto@bastericollection.com requesting the cancellation of the order, so that a new one can be made, except that your order has already been shipped.

Changes of purchase items made on the bastericouture.com site are accepted within 30 calendar days from the day the order was generated.

 

CHANGE PROCESS.

 

BEFORE SENDING US YOUR PACKAGE, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

 

The change must be notified to contacto@bastericollection.com by email detailing your order number, model and size to validate the existence of the garment, if it is not available, the requested change cannot be made.

In the event that the exchange is authorized by the sent mail, the merchandise must be sent without having been used with the labels in place, within the days stipulated in the authorization mail.

Inside your package you will have to come the printed authorization email where the change is confirmed. It is very important that the order number is included in the package for its own identification, once the package is delivered to our facilities.

Customers will need to purchase a guide with any package they want.

The shipping cost to BASTERI COLLECTION is borne by the customer.

Once the package is received, the garments will be validated and the change will be sent to you within the next 2-4 business days.

BASTERI COLLECTION is not responsible for changes sent without prior authorization and confirmation of existence, if the package does not meet the requirements specified above, the merchandise will be refunded to the customer unless the merchandise is not in good condition (within our parameters). of quality). 

If the shipment of merchandise for exchange is not sent within the specified time assigned in the authorization email, it is not the responsibility of bastericollection.com not to have the requested garment, at the time of receipt, if so, will refund the value of the garment.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS.

If your purchase was paid by bank card or PayPal, the refund will be made automatically by the same means of payment, it will be reflected from 3 to 10 business days later in your account.

 

PRICES.

 

www.bastericollection.com reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice. All our products will be charged in Mexican pesos, Basteri Collection has no control over the exchange rate applied by your bank.
